After many years in the corporate world, I discovered my true passion in the healing arts. Through ongoing research, I’ve sought out the best modalities to support holistic well-being. I’m dedicated to helping others-both adult and children-harness their body’s innate ability to heal and thrive. My own journey, especially my commitment to my family’s health, has deepened my understanding of the importance of self-care during life’s challenges. I believe that with the right tools, compassion, and support, everyone has the potential to heal and flourish. Speaking Portugues, Spanish and English has enriched my practice, allowing me to connect with and support people from all walks of life. I offer a nurturing and empowering approach, incorporating Spinal Flow Technique , Chromotherapy and Reiki to help guide individuals and their families toward their healthiest, most balanced selves.
